How to Check Your KCSE and KCPE Results Online in Kenya

KCSE and KCPE results are released annually. Check your results online via the KNEC portal, M-Pesa, or the eCitizen platform.

📋 What You Need
  • Your Index Number
  • Phone number for SMS results

Check via KNEC portal

Go to knec.ac.ke → Results → Enter your Index Number and birth date.

Check via SMS

Send your Index Number to 22252 (Safaricom) – Ksh 20 per query.

Check via eCitizen

Log into ecitizen.go.ke → Kenya National Examinations Council.

Understand KCSE grading

A (12 points) → E (1 point). Minimum university entrance is C+ (7 points).

Apply to universities

Apply through KUCCPS at kuccps.net.
