Step-by-Step Guide
Register on the HELB self-service portal
Go to helb.co.ke → Self Service → Register as New User. Verify your email.
Complete your profile
Log in, complete personal information, address, next of kin, bank account details.
Submit your loan application
Click "Apply for Loan" → New Application. Select your loan type and enter course details.
Upload required documents
Upload National ID, admission letter, KCSE results, parents' income documents.
Track approval and disbursement
Track at helb.co.ke under "My Applications." Disbursement within 2–4 weeks of semester start.
