How to Use eCitizen Kenya for ID, Passport and Land Services

Access over 200 government services including passport, ID, land search, and police clearance.

What You Need

  • National ID card
  • M-Pesa account with funds
  • Email address
  • Passport photo (35mm x 45mm)

Step 1: Go to eCitizen Portal

Visit ecitizen.go.ke (official only!)

Step 2: Create Account

Enter ID number, name, email, phone. Verify with OTP.

Step 3: Select Service

Choose from Immigration (passports), Lands, NTSA, Police, etc.

Step 4: Pay via M-Pesa

Paybill 222222, account number = your eCitizen reference number.
